Welcome to Transcendent Breath. I’m Dan P, and I’m personally inviting you to a 120-minute guided breathwork journey. 

I’m super excited to be coming to share this event with you. We’ve decided to only run one in-person breathwork event in your city this year - so if you’ve been waiting for a sign to prioritize yourself, this is it.

HOW TO PREPARE

• Avoid caffeine the day of the event

• Eat light beforehand - nothing heavy

• Wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in

• Bring a yoga mat, cushion, and a cozy blanket

• Bring an eye pillow - this is essential; please don’t skip it. It keeps you fully in the experience and blocks out light so you can surrender completely.

• Bring a water bottle

• Bring a journal to capture any insights or reflections that come through
