Transform difficult workplace behaviours with Kim Atkins and Frances Pratt

Join us for an insightful session with Kim Atkins and Frances Pratt from Fervid Partners.

Discover strategies to cultivate safer and more collaborative work environments, where employees feel empowered and supported. From fostering open communication to implementing effective safety protocols, Frances will share practical tips to enhance workplace culture and productivity. Don't miss this opportunity to transform your organization into a thriving and cohesive community.

WORKSHOP ONE 4.30 - 5.20pm : What are the drivers of dysfunctional behaviour
Kim and Frances will explain some of the mental and emotional processes that influence human behaviour in the workplace, many of which operate at an unconscious level and can fuel workplace dysfunction. They show how sometimes behaviour that appears irrational or uncooperative is actually an unconscious, defensive response to a threat. Kim and Frances will demonstrate how understanding and identifying the processes influencing our own thinking and behaviour, allows us to:

· exercise better control over ourselves

· appreciate what might be influencing the behaviour of other people

· empathise with each other more appropriately

· build trust, and

· feel safe to take risks and be open to new ways of working.

WORKSHOP TWO 5.30 - 6.20pm : How to improve cooperation and energise teams

This session will provide valuable insights, actionable strategies and resources to address workplace dysfunction and build cooperative workplace culture.

A special shoutout to Fervid Partners for working closely with NYPN to make the series possible! And of course Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston <3
