Lisa will guide you through a sound journey using a range of instruments including Crystal Singing Bowls, Ocean Drum, Drum, chimes and more, the beautiful vibration from these instruments help you to relax, let go and embrace the wholeness of your being.  

Bring your yoga mat, pillow and blanket, an eye pillow and some water: I encourage you be to be as comfortable as possible, please bring what will make you super comfortable and warm while laying down so you can allow yourself to let go and fully enjoy this sound offering.

Located in the heart of Springwood, 133 Macquarie Rd, Springwood NSW 2777. With plenty of free parking on Macquarie Rd and in walking distance to the station (5 Min walk).
