Transformational Change Masterclass 2025

Join us for our inaugural Transformational Change Masterclass - kicking off in October 2025.

Transformation is fundamentally an experiential journey – one that is led by a yearning. It often starts with a sense of quiet, of something still missing, of a ‘fertile void’ which we must meet and explore within ourselves as a first step towards transformation. Transformation is a whole person and relational endeavour – requiring our senses and bodies, our intuitions and emotions, and our cognitive/intellectual abilities to be in connection with others.

Many of us OD practitioners, coaches, learning professionals, facilitators, and change agents are being asked to be agents of transformation in our organisations and communities. These social environments are dynamic.  Our practices are dynamic. So must be our presence.  As instruments-of-change, we may find that we need to journey through our own transformational quests in order to lead others through theirs. After all, we can only lead others to where we ourselves have gone.

More and more, our clients, organisations, communities, and systems are asking us to step into this fertile void to guide others through complexity and chaos – to solve problems we have never encountered before. Yet most of us change makers and coaches are under-equipped to meet this complexity.

It is critical that we upskill. When we can bravely step into the unknown, letting go of predict and control tools and mindsets, we can co-create better futures for our organisations and society. This program is about exploring this edge and finding the threshold of transformation that awaits you and your work and empowering you to make a meaningful impact.

Dates and Times:

This program is a six month hybrid program, with the following dates and times (all dates and times are Eastern Standard Timezone). Please mark your calendars, as participants will be required to attend all sessions if possible. Note that Modules 2-5 will be recorded for those unable to join. (Note that Humanitix only allows us to list the first module on the calendar but know that by purchasing a ticket here you will have access to the full program). 

• Module 1* - in person October 20-23, held at Punderson State Park in Newbury, Ohio, USA; starting 10am EST on 20 Oct, ending 1pm EST Oct 23th
• Module 2 - 1 day virtual session held on November 17, 2025 from 10am - 4:30pm EST 
• Module 3 - 1 day virtual session held on December 11, 2025 from 10am - 4:30pm EST
• Module 4 - 1 day virtual session held on January 13, 2026 from 10am - 4:30pm EST
• Module 5 - 1 day virtual session held on February 11, 2026 from 10am - 4:30pm EST
• Closing session - a hybrid integration session from March 12-13; participants may choose to attend virtually or in person, location TBD

Program Costs:

$7,000USD early bird rate 3 tickets only / $8,000 USD regular rate (corporate sponsorship)

$4,000USD early bird rate 3 tickets only / $5,000 USD regular rate (individual sponsorship)

*Program costs do not include travel and lodging costs. Participants must arrange their travel separately.
