Breathwork Therapy: A Transformational Journey Within

Join us for a 2-hour transformational breathwork experience that reconnects you to your inner compass. This isn’t just a class. It’s a return to your body, your breath, and your soul.

Transformative Breathwork is a conscious, connected breathing practice that guides you into altered states of awareness where deep emotional release and healing can occur. It is trauma-informed, uses somatic therapy, energy work and is intentionally held in a safe and supportive space. Whether you’re carrying the silent weight of stress, grief, or past trauma or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, this practice will help you unlock the energy that has been stored, suppressed, or forgotten.

The breath is your guide. With each inhale, you call in possibility. With each exhale, you release what no longer serves. This is your invitation to come as you are and leave as more of who you truly are.

What to bring:

Water Bottle
Wear layers and socks - bring a sweater (you can get hot or cold)
Pillow – Optional - we have cushions but you can choose to bring your own
Eye Mask – Optional - extra comfort, deepening your experience (there will be eye masks available)
Blanket – Optional - we have blankets but you’re welcome to bring your own
Notepad and pen – Optional - to write down any new ideas or breakthroughs

Yoga mats are provided.

Preparation:

Please do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the session.

Please do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs - this is an alcohol and drug free experience.

Contraindications for Breathwork

Safety is of upmost importance for us. Due to the deep processes experienced in breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend. These are:

• Pregnancy

• High blood pressure

• Diagnosed Severe PTSD

• Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)

• Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic) or actively using recreational drugs

• Detached Retina

• Osteoporosis or recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

• Epilepsy

• History or diagnosis of aneurisms

• Cardiovascular problems including angina, previous heart attack, or any other cardiovascular issues

• History of seizures

• Severe Asthma

• Heart disease

• Heart conditions

• Diabetes

• Cancer

• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years

• Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

• Adverse reactions from recent C Jab

Waiver

By attending this event, I understand and agree that the event and/or any Facilitators of the event

a) are not intended to replace any relationship with medical or primary health care provider(s);

b) are not intended to constitute medical advice or any substitution for medical care;

c) are not intended to be relied on for prescriptions, recommendations, diagnosis, or treatment in relation to any health problem or disease;

d) I understand that if I feel uncomfortable at any stage during the event or after, I have every right and must speak out.

e) I understand I have the right to stop the practice or leave the event at any time

f) I understand that if I am taking any medications or have any medical conditions suchas, but not being limited to: schizophrenia, bi-polar or manic disorders, epilepsy, hearing conditions, pregnancy, or serious cardiovascular issues, high/low blood pressure, asthma, COPD, serious eye conditions (detached retina) current or previous heart conditions, severe cardiovascular diseases and/or irregularities, COPD, previous hospitalisation for psychiatric conditions, history of stroke and seizures, family history of aneurysms that I must advise my practitioner.

I also understand that even though I have been accepted as a participant, I am responsible for any consequence resulting from our session together. I understand and acknowledge that I am responsible for consulting my primary health care provider or a medical doctor in the event that I have or am suspect to have a health problem.

I am encouraged by my practitioner to make my health care decisions in partnership with my medical doctor and/or primary health care provider(s) on the basis of my own research regarding the effectiveness of any of the services offered by my practitioner and the importance of diet, exercise, supplementation, stress management and emotional and mental work.

I am acting on behalf of myself, and hereby release the Releasees from any actions, causes of action, complaints, claims, damages, costs and expenses of any kind with respect to or arising out of any the discussions, consultations and/or any group or private session(s) I have had or may have with any of the Releasees now and forever.

I agree to allowing the occasional video or photograph to be taken of me to be published as part of attending any events.

It is my responsibility to let the facilitator know if I have a problem with this at the event, in so doing my wishes will be fully respected.
