Join Raina (they/them) who will guide participants through a gentle and accessible movement practice incorporating breath, yoga asana, techniques for emotional regulation and the cultivation of strength, balance, and rest. Perfect for beginners and those looking to deepen their practice. The emphasis on these classes is not fitness or flexibility, but the cultivation of embodiment and connecting with the body.
