Transition, Wellbeing and Identity - Webinar
Event description
This event is part of Mental Health Awareness Week and all proceeds will go to the Southern Wellbeing Trust:)
This workshop is a highly visual, interactive discussion on how we can work through life's transitions with a deeper understanding of our diverse identity.
The goal of this conversation is to increase overall well-being through a deeper knowing of ourselves, the transitions we face, and the tools available to us.
The workshop focuses on the place of identity in our work, relationships, and our communities. As such Patrick will share some of his own journeys through radical and sometimes painful transitions, which required a robust system and a new narrative to get him through.
