Event description

Join us for the final special session in this first edition of Alkimia's Remote Learning Webinar Series.

Some restrictions are beginning to ease and many "learning makers" are starting to think about what post COVID-19 learning strategies might look like. The intention of this webinar is to be a space for reflection on the gains and losses we have experienced from remote learning during this period. Through this reflection, we hope to gain insights from the collective wisdom into how each of us individually want to approach this transition.

To help us facilitate this session, we have partnered with the Lewis Deep Democracy community.

Lewis Deep Democracy is a powerful yet easy to learn facilitation methodology that will empower you to include all points of view and become adept at recognising and resolving tension/conflict caused by diversity.  It encompasses tools for building dialogue, making decisions and navigating through emotionally charged conversations. It also provides a cutting edge psychological theory to better understand interpersonal and group dynamics.

This online event is suitable or people new to or familiar with Lewis Deep Democracy.

The session will be an example of how you can use the tools for personal insights; please note that it is not a training session.  It will be co-hosted by Myrna Lewis, the co-creator of the Lewis Method, and other experienced practitioners.

To find out more have a look at the Lewis Deep Democracy website, listen to Myrnaclick here or read this article and explore the method further.
