❂ Join us for an afternoon of practices and tools for the changing of the season. Honor what has passed, our beloved dead, and harvest resilience.

❂ Together we will navigate life’s transitions with the seasons. We will sit together and gather tools for resilience for the changing seasons, and for changes in life.

Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome.

Suggested donation $30-50

Dr. Andrea Vecchione received a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Asian and Comparative Religious Studies. For the past thirteen years, she has traveled extensively throughout India on various pilgrimages, researching these topics. Dr. Vecchione is a long time Buddhist practitioner, scholar, and writer. She has taught meditation and mindfulness techniques for the past twenty years, including over 5 years with the SFDC. She is passionate about creating awareness around being with the dying in both courageous and transformative ways.
