Are you a mature pastor thinking about what your next chapter might look like and the transitions you will need to navigate in the future?
The BUV would love to help you identify what options are best for you and how to prepare well for what God is calling you to next.

Many people begin to ask some of these questions as they move towards 60+ years of age…

  • When should I retire?
  • How can I finish well?
  • Can I keep ministering in some capacity?
  • Can I serve the broader union of Baptist churches?
  • Can I serve as an interim pastor?
  • Can I become a Professional Pastoral Supervisor?
