Join the Translational Criminology Seminar Series which aims to break down barriers between basic and applied criminological research by creating a dynamic interface between research and practice.
The second seminar is entitled 'Managing Future Health Security Threats Post COVID-19: The Role of the Intelligence Community'
Guest speaker Patrick F. Walsh will examine the national security implications of the COVID-19 pandemic. The seminar will focus on how intelligence agencies were engaged and their key challenges for national security during the pandemic and extent that these can be addressed in a post-covid environment.
