Event description
This Fashion Revolution Week (22-29 April 2023), join us for an enlightening conversation about the hottest must-have for every fashion brand: transparency.
Hosted by B Lab Australia & Aotearoa New Zealand and experienced fashion journalist — Patty Huntington of Harper’s BAZAAR magazine — this conversation will explore some of the key issues that the fashion industry faces and the actions needed to ensure the clothes we wear don’t exploit people or the planet.
From materials and production, to what happens to our clothes after they’ve left our closets - our B Corp panellists will share diverse perspectives on what really goes on in the fashion industry, and how they’re making changes to tackle some of our biggest social and environmental issues. Panellists:
- Eric Phu, Co-Founder, Citizen Wolf
- Emma Wallace, Managing Director, Kowtow
- Michael Elias, Founder and CEO, UPPAREL
Special guest host: Patty Huntington, Features and Fashion News Director, Harper’s BAZAAR.
