Liliana Sanchez is the Training Coordinator for QPASTT. She has extensive experience (10 years+) working within the refugee space, both delivering cultural capability training and through community and youth work. Liliana holds a BA (Hons) in Anthropology and draws on her lived experience (as a person from a refugee background) to create workshops to broaden people's understanding of the refugee or asylum seeker experience.

Victor A. Kollie is an Advanced Practitioner for Community-based Healing at QPASTT. He has nearly two decades of experience in Community Peace Building, Trauma-informed Individual and Group interventions, Youth & Community Development work with people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, Sector development training facilitation, strategic stakeholder management and more. Victor holds an MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management, a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor of Social Science in Humanitarian and Peace Studies and Sociology. Vic is also a conference presenter, master DRUMBEAT Facilitator and Authentic Public Speaking trainer with a vested interest in building individual, group, organisational and system capacity for greater human flourishing outcomes.

Louisa is a community development practitioner at Support Groups QLD. She has worked with a range of community groups with diverse lived experiences and health conditions to reach their goals.

She has successfully facilitated a range of workshops, including Living with Involuntary Childlessness, Grief and Loss workshops, and trauma-informed workshops. These workshops have provided a safe space for participants to share their experiences and equipped them with practical tools to navigate their challenges.

Louisa has a psychology and community development background and is passionate about empowering individuals and groups with the skills they need to effect change within their communities.
Over the last few years, Louisa has been deeply engaged in learning and reflecting on her lived experience and existing resources on trauma-informed practice.

This dedication has allowed her to reinforce and develop her skills in this crucial area, such as improving her ability to recognise and respond to trauma triggers, which in turn has instilled confidence in her abilities.
