Creative Expression - Workshop for kids

Within each child lies a treasure to be discovered.
Treasure Discovery is a workshop to inspire self-expression through the exploration of creative movement, drama and art.
Treasure Discovery is a fun and playful environment for children to learn and grow through an embodied experience.
Each activity is designed to flow into the next, allowing the children to work individually and in a group dynamic.
A group dynamic allow the children to engage with others, enhancing social connections, communication and listening skills.
Children will participate in a variety of practices to develop self-awareness and life skills to Identify and understand feelings, emotions and body sensations. Using techniques devised of mindfulness and creative self-expression for safe and empowered self-regulation.
Movement, art & craft, drama, puppetry, breathwork, guided imagery, games, song & dance and story time are all infused into the activities in various forms over ongoing workshops. Creating a fun filled day of imagination, creative thinking and discovery of the self through play.
INSIDE EACH CHILD LIES THE TREASURE
Treasure Discovery provides children with the opportunity to discover their own unique spirit, to express their Joy, Passion and Gifts.
Activities age Appropriate 5 to 8 years.
2 hour workshop
Parents drop off and go.
