The Fairwater Community Association (FCA) exists to constantly strive towards building a community of excellence, centred around the Fairwater development.
The FCA sees a Community of Excellence as one that creates and fosters continued community engagement in our shared spaces, such public amenities like our parks, walkways, children's playgrounds, sales centre and so on.
The FCA will represent broad community concerns and issues such as traffic, traffic management, waste management, and community compliance to local regulations to the appropriate external stakeholders.
The FCA is committed to creating and maintaining safer community spaces, improving our green credentials and our green footprint, and improving participation in community events run by ourselves as well as Council and other like community associations and organisations.
The FCA will be required to drive fundraising from the Fairwater and external community to the extent required to deliver these objectives, and maintain its registration, governance, and statutory requirements
