Event description
Tribal Fest in the West is a fabulously fun Global Caravan Tribal Belly Dance event in honour of the late beautiful Betsy Watkins💚🌿A time to gather the tribes from around Australia to converge on Fremantle (Western Australia) to celebrate all things music and dance. Highlights include the Friday evening Soiree and workshops facilitated by Master Teacher, Nina Martinez (from Cairns, QLD).
We look forward to connecting with our beautiful GC dance community!
The event is open to women and men with an interest in Tribal belly dance, musicality, wellbeing and spirituality.

Full Festival Pass (BEST VALUE!) to attend the whole weekend of workshops and activities (including the Soiree).
Day Passes are also available, as are tickets to the Soiree only.
Event Information:
Ample parking is available at the venue. The North Fremantle train station is a walkable distance from the venue.
Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and wear danceable clothing. Yoga mats may be needed for participating in some activities, it is advicsed to bring an apron for the craft activities. Most session materials will be supplied or loaned. Participants are invited to bring their own gear for workshops, such as skirts and mantons for dancing, and darbukas, zills and frame drums. The organisers of the event adhere to the Privacy Act and will not share your contact details, etc with any outside parties.
Refunds will not be granted unless under extenuating circumstances – applications for a refund can be made to tribalfestinthewest@gmail.com.
Participation in the event is at the risk of the participant. The venue, event organisers and workshop presenters will not be held liable for injuries or reactions sustained while participating.
