Trigg Bushland Story Trail coming soon!
In partnership with the community, the City is creating a permanent interpretive trail through Trigg Bushland Reserve to celebrate its native flora and fauna, ancient pathways, and changing landscape.
Description: Join the local Nyoongar community, Friends of Trigg Bushland Reserve and City of Stirling Trails Project Team for a guided walk as they share deeper insights into the area’s history and ecology.
Dates: Saturday 27 September 2025
Time: 9.00am – 11.00am (arrive at 8.45am for 9am start)
Length and Classification: Approx. 1 kms, walk classification is level 3 – Moderate trail that may have short steep hills, rough surface and moderate fitness required.
Track Type: Unsealed limestone
Terrain: Uneven, steep inclines
Accessibility:
Possible for all-terrain wheelchairs and prams
Difficult for small children
What to bring:
Hat
Water bottle
Enclosed shoes
Wet weather gear (if rain is forecast)
Location: Meeting point will be shared to registered participants prior to the event
Cost: Free
