Trilogy Community Dinner Party

Join us for an intimate dinner party under the summer sky to meet and connect with new friends. We will dine at a shared table with new faces, enjoying a main course and decadent dessert from our Trilogy Cafe - plus great company and conversations. Our dinner will be an unforgettable experience. Expect to enjoy engaging conversations with strangers turned friends over the course of the evening!

ENTICING EGGPLANT
Delicious garlic roasted portobello mushrooms, rolled up inside three roasted eggplant blankets, and grilled with cashew cheeze sauce. Served over maple mashed yams, broccolini, and topped with hemp seeds & our pine nut pesto.

MAC n CHEEZE w/Salad
Brown rice elbow macaroni smothered in our rosemary cashew cheeze sauce. Baked and served in a cast iron skillet. Topped with pesto.
