This special edition of Trilogy is a candlelit invitation to pause. To sit back-to-back. To breathe together. To move with trust. To hold hands, share smiles, and remember the simple joy of being with one another.

It’s not just for couples! Come with a friend, a loved one, your mum, your brother, your bestie. All pairs are welcome.

We’ll move through playful partner asanas, be held by the soothing sound of cello, and receive the nurturing energy of iSource Reiki.

Let’s meet one another from a place of love and presence. And maybe, for a moment, see one another beyond words.

Let’s return to harmony, together.

Narrabeen Beach Surf Lifesaving Club

No yoga experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and soften. All hearts welcome.

What to Bring:
Anything you need to feel comfortable ~ yoga mat/cushion to sit on/blanket/props
Wear comfy clothes
Water bottle
Open heart
A plate/snack to share if you wish 

Important Awareness:
Free street parking and NB council parking permit  available

And understand that these images may be used in various promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing collateral. If you would prefer not to be photographed please kindly let us know.
