Trinity College 2025 Presentation Ball.

Join us for the annual formal black-tie event, the Year 11 Presentation Ball!

Enjoy an elegant night as our Year 11s take this long-standing Trinity College rite of passage, replete with the traditional Trinity Waltz and a live band.

Tables will accommodate 12 guests each. Students may choose to sit with either with their friends or families. Please make these selections at the time of booking.

Please note that to optimize space in the function room, we may combine tables, therefore table numbers could be adjusted. The floor plan provided is for reference only, and an updated seating map will be available at the venue on the night.

Ticket Sales Close: August 22nd, 2025. Please note that no refunds will be processed after this date.

Please ensure you include your first and last name on the ticket, especially if you are purchasing multiple tickets on behalf of others. The correct guest names must be used.

Dietary Requirements: Ensure any special dietary needs are noted during the booking process. The venue has advised it will not be able to cater to changes on the evening.

Menu 

Two course meal (main, dessert), alternative drop.

• Char-grilled Barossa Valley chicken breast, native thyme kipfler potatoes, garlic fried green beans, honey roasted carrot purée, balsamic onion jam, crispy prosciutto shard, Coriole verjuice glaze (dairy free, gluten free, nut free).

• Low & slow SPG seasoned beef tenderloin, confit garlic & rosemary potato rosti, olive oil pumpkin purée, burnt sprouts, blistered truss tomatoes, Barossa Shiraz jus (gluten free, nut free).

• Platter of house-made desserts created by our dedicated pastry team, reflecting seasonal trends (table platter: 20 pieces, halal friendly, nut free, vegetarian).

  The Convention Centre ask that you check the seating plan upon arrival and sit at your allocated table to ensure dietary requirements are met for those that need them.

This event concludes at 11.45pm, and we must vacate the premises strictly by midnight. Please ensure you have made arrangements for transport.

Arrival Time:

Students to arrive from 5.30pm for the Group Photo in the foyer.

Guests to arrive from 6pm. The doors to the venue will open at 6.30pm.

Dance Practices

Students - Every Monday from Week 3-7, 3.30pm-5pm. Every Wednesday from Weeks 3-7, 1.30pm-3pm in the TCS Hall.

Parents - Monday 1st September, 5.30-6.30pm and Wednesday 3rd September, 3.30pm-4.30pm in the TCS Hall.
