Are you feeling the call to reconnect to yourself ? Noticing there are shifts and changes you are moving through? Ready to empower yourself by expanding through your comfort zone?

In this journey you will be able to explore the elements of the mind, body & soul as I guide you through the experience to go deeper within yourself. I facilitate the journey as you trust the process, to move anything that may be stagnant and no longer serving you. 

As a collective group, we will tap into the energy through breathwork to help support the shifts within your energy body that are naturally occurring. I will be leading you through conscious movement, to really encourage you to reconnect to the body and have fun in a safe space. This will be a time to be able to connect with likeminded people to share and feel inspired with. 

Understanding the trinity, occurs when elements of mind, body and soul balance and evolve. These 3 components are the core way in which we experience the journey through life. When we can consciously harmonise these aspects of self, they then begin to function with a seamlessly beautiful flow. Once in tune with each other it becomes easier to begin listening to yourself, as you pursue the direction that you are meant to take. 

My intention: Being a guide of energy & breath, I have become aware of how important it is to remember the body is keeping a score of tension that we are unconsciously holding onto. When I have the invitation to support you in peeling back the layers of the physical being, we begin to lighten the load of what was, to re-awaken you to your true state of being. Allowing the flow of energies to come into a state of equilibrium through mindful activation of movement & energy. I wanted to create a safe container to bring people together to connect within a group of like minded people. Being of assistance as you re-connect with the self, through the breath, as past stagnant tension held in the body begins to be released.

<~> Sacred Ceremonial Cacao, bringing in expansion & mindfulness to the night ahead. 

<~> You will be led and guided with sound & breath, feeling the peace & tranquility. 

<~> Connect with like minded souls who have gathered in the space. Creating a safe container & judgement free zone as we hold space for one another. 

Note of empowerment: Your story can inspire others when you choose to share it authentically. If you feel the call, share your voice, it can have a bigger impact than you may know. 

<~> To reconnect to spirit and presence, I will bring in the element of movement along with rhythmic instrumentals. 

<~> A deeper journey with breath will be facilitated to support you in moving past the mind and its stories to allow the body to do what it feels is right. 

<~> As you come back from the process, you will be able to readjust yourself in your own time back into the space & environment, integrating & grounding the journey.

<~> Closing the experience with a sharing circle, (sharing is optional) you will be have space to be heard if you wish to be.

Aftercare and integration is so important and be sure to keep an eye out for the email that will be sent out after the event, including the details of how best to support yourself through the  process as the dust settles again.
