TRINITY~ Embodied Dance Project Performance

We warmly invite you to the first Embodied Dance project event in Byron!

Showcasing the vibrant, creative spirit of Byron, this student-based performance also features works in progress by local teachers and artists from the Shire, including the Flow Collective and screen dances by local filmmakers.

"Trinity" draws inspiration from 19th-century visionary François Delsarte, whose legacy in movement and psychosomatic expression centered on the concept of the ‘Trinity’ mind, soul, and vitality, as the foundation of his life’s work.

Contrary to most traditional performances, each piece represents a portrait of a "personal choreography" an embodied, lived experience from the dancers, which is the crux of the Embodied Dance Method.
