The AI Certificate at TWU is a business-focused micro-certificate designed for working professionals, founders, students, and alumni who want to understand and apply AI in real business contexts. Courses help learners move from AI awareness to AI readiness by building confidence in evaluating AI use cases, asking better questions, and making informed decisions.
Through a shared foundation course and one focused pathway, participants can choose to explore either AI leadership or AI entrepreneurship based on their goals. Sponsored by EMBARK, TWU’s Venture Incubator, the certificate connects practical AI learning with responsible leadership, ethical discernment, and professional growth. This certificate is designed for non-technical learners who want to engage AI with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Certificate Structure
Type: Micro-certificate
Format: Online
Schedule: Weekly class on Weekday evening
Duration: 6 weeks
Structure: 2 courses (1 foundation course + 1 pathway course)
Credits: This micro-certificate may be recognized as a 3-credit-hour course upon admission to Trinity Western University's Master of Business Administration program.
Audience: Non-technical, business-focused learners
Scholarship: 50% scholarship available for early registration by Oct. 31, 2026 (original price $3000).
