Ticket Includes lunch at Newcastle.

Light snacks

Hat, sunglasses & Sunscreen

Comfortable shoes for walking (Important)

Swimming costume, T-shirt/ rash shirt & towel for swimming

Newcastle Excursion

Vaishnavi and Harshvardhan travel plans & Itinerary (optional for students to travel with us, please carry your Opal card for public transport):

7:00 AM - Arrive at Central Station (Main entrance)

7:25 AM - Depart from Central Station

8:21 AM - Arrive at Hornsby Station

8:25 AM - Depart from Hornsby, George St (Bus 43T1)

8:43 AM - Arrive at Berowra Station, Pacific Hwy

8:49 AM - Depart from Pacific Hwy opp Berowra Station (Bus 36CN)

10:35 AM - Arrive at Newcastle Interchange.

10:45 AM - Reach Newcastle Museum by walk.

1:00 PM - Depart after exploring Newcastle Museum, via Civic Light rail (NLR).

1:12 AM - Arrive at Newcastle Beach Light Rail

1:20 AM - Arrive at Newcastle Beach

2:00 PM - Lunch at the Beach

4:30 PM - Depart with us back to Central if you want.

The event organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct without refund.

By registering for an outdoor event, you acknowledge that it is an all-weather event and will take place rain, hail or shine (unless UTS Students’ Association) determines otherwise in its absolute discretion). Ticket holders should be prepared for all weather conditions.

Photography and Recording:

By attending the Day trip to Newcastle, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

The event organizers retain the right to use images and recordings featuring attendees for marketing and promotional materials.

Liability:

The event organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred by attendees during the Day trip to Newcastle.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions.

The event organizers shall not be held responsible for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, or natural disasters.
