Eighth Annual Three Rivers Information Security Symposium (TRISS)

We are excited to bring TRISS 2025 back to the David L Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC) in downtown Pittsburgh on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. The DLCC is accessible to downtown offices, public transportation and a connected parking garage.

TRISS is a one-day multi-track information security symposium. TRISS 2024 had over 480 attendees and over 20 funding sponsors. This symposium separates the speakers and sponsorships to ensure all speakers have an equal chance of being selected.

Pittsburgh area information technology and security organizations are working together to increase awareness, collaboration, and knowledge among the local information security community. Pittsburgh security groups and partners supporting the symposium include InfraGard Pittsburgh, ISSA, ISACA, WiCyS and RMU’s Top Secret Colonials.

TRISS attracts titles such as CIO, CISO, CTO, Director of Information Security, Manager of IT, Security/Data/Network Analyst, Owner and President from some of the largest companies in Pittsburgh such as U.S. Steel, PNC, PPG, Wesco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, UPMC, Dollar Bank, Bayer, Highmark, Giant Eagle, Federated, Mylan and Wabtec.

Light breakfast, lunch and coffee, tea and water are included in the registration cost.

Attendees will receive an email within 2 weeks after the event documenting their attendance and noting 5 hours of educational contact.
