Event description

Hi there,

Ashleigh will be going on a charity hike for UNICEF later in 2021 and part of the preparation for the hike is to fundraise for the chosen charity (i.e. UNICEF). That's where you come in.

On Friday 30th April 2021, you're welcome to come to a Trivia night! The evening starts from 7pm and costs $15pp. Tables/teams can have a maximum of 6 people. If you pay upfront for a whole table then it's only $80 for the 6.

Please bring your own drinks and snacks as only tea, coffee and some light refreshments will be provided.

Any questions? Email Ashleigh at aarmstrong198@gmail.com

Attendance will be capped at 80 people.

If you want to buy a ticket but don't want to pay for the booking fee, contact Ashleigh.

About the charity:

UNICEF do incredible work for the lives of young people and mothers. They operate in over 190 countries providing vaccines, supporting child health and nutrition, providing safe water and sanitation, offering quality education and skill building, supporting HIV prevention and treatment for mothers and babies, and protecting children and adolescents from violence and exploitation.

In addition to the painting night, you're welcome to support UNICEF directly.

  • $68 could provide 126 sachets of life-saving "peanut butter" to help bring a child back from severe malnutrition.
  • $150 could protect 750 children with life-saving polio vaccines.
  • $300 could buy a ‘School in a Box' kit containing learning equipment and materials for students.
  • $656 could install 1 water pump and provide clean and safe water for a whole village.
  • $930 could provide 25 babies with a set of winter clothes to help keep them warm in a harsh winter.
