TROU Fundraising Dinner

Join us at TROU Gallery in the heart of Footscray on Saturday 30th of August for an evening of good food, art and connection, all in support of keeping our space alive.

The Rest Of Us (TROU) is an arts organisation that supports artists from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We create opportunities for young people from underrepresented communities to learn creative skills from professionals who understand their lived experiences. Since opening our space earlier this year, we have hosted monthly art exhibitions, poetry nights, music showcases and youth workshops that have been free or low cost to the community.

This dinner is a chance to come together, share a meal and ensure that TROU can continue to be a home for creativity in the west. Every ticket sold will go directly toward keeping our doors open and providing opportunities for artists who are too often overlooked.

On the night you can expect:

• A shared dinner prepared by Khartoum Restaurant ( Sudanese Cuisine )

• An intimate setting surrounded by art

• Music Performance and Poetry by local artists

• A warm and welcoming space to connect with others who value the arts and community
