True Dopamine is a community built to help men reconnect with what actually makes them feel alive — movement, challenge, connection, growth and real conversations.

In a world full of cheap dopamine and constant distraction, we’re creating space for men to slow down, reset and build genuine health, purpose and brotherhood to uplift one another through shared experiences and networks.

Our sessions are designed for men of all ages and blend together elements like:

📍 Alternating between Subiaco (Junior Football Club Pavilion) and City Beach (Alchemy Sauna) locations
