About Liz Nable

Liz Nable is a former TV journalist, and spent 15 years as a writer and reporter worldwide, including six years in New York, where she discovered the barre workout in 2009. Seeing a business opportunity, she and her husband Adam brought Xtend Barre to Australia, becoming the first franchisee and opening their Sydney location within six months. Over eight years, Liz expanded to four locations and boosted the brand's national presence using her media expertise. 

She now teaches women-led businesses and entrepreneurs to leverage free publicity through her Media Masters Academy, with clients featured in top Australian media outlets like Smart Company and The Sydney Morning Herald. And to add to her incredible achievements, Liz is also TRW Alumni of the 2023 August cohort of the TRW Female Founder Startup Program.
