James Groves is the Managing Director of Energy Consultancy Indigo Swan. James has worked at Indigo Swan for the last 11 years and previously managed teams within the finance sector. James wants to be the best Leader he can be. James wants to motivate, inspire, develop and coach people to reach their personal and professional goals whilst at the same time achieving the goals of the business. James looks to care personally for his team whilst looking to challenge them to be the best versions of themselves. James is always looking to develop and better himself through the experiences and challenges that his job brings.

She is passionate about supporting the growth of the startup and tech communities through leading event management and delivering strategic and innovative events.
