Next week, Niamh Toohey, Principal Consultant, Niamh Toohey Consulting, will facilitate a workshop on the importance of diversity and inclusions in teams and why they matter. She'll touch on:

  • Everyone is struggling to attract talent- your brand as a diverse & inclusive employer might be the difference-maker
  • HR Policy is not working- we need to rethink our approach to DEI
  • Mythbusting hiring decisions based on merit
  • Enough with the jibber-jabber, its time to ACT! ... so where do you start?
