Travel instructions

Entry instructions

Enter through our gate and find a place in our car park. Follow the signage and flags provided to enter the building. Please have your tickets ready either printed or on your phone to show our Welcome team as they greet you!

After entry instructions

Our Welcome team will direct you to your table for the evening. Feel free to mingle with others and look at the great items up for grabs at our Silent Auction.

Toilet location

Toilets can be found in the hallway adjacent to the main room where the event is held. Signage provided. Handrail-assisted and wheelchair-accessible toilets as well as baby changing facilities are available.

Accessible parking

Should you need wheelchair-accessible or pram parking, you may park close to the building. The car park and entrance are flat and easily accessible. If you require assistance please see our Welcome team who would be happy to help you out.

Dietary Requirements

Dietary Requirements need to be disclosed at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate any dietary requirements you may have. All foods and drinks prepared are done so to current food safety standards and procedures. Please be aware that our kitchen prepares all types of food that may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or gluten. While strict precautions and regulations are in place we cannot guarantee cross-contamination does not occur.

Parent Hub

Our Parent Hub is a child-safe environment where children and their caregivers or supervisors are only permitted. Our Parent Hub features, couches, baby changing and feeding facilities, a fridge, a microwave, toddler toys, activity tables, and a tea and coffee bar. You are most welcome to use this space if you have babies or young children with you. The TV screen will show you a live stream for the duration of the event.

Not for profit

Every event we host is not for profit. At no time or under any circumstance will we take a profit from the events we host. After covering costs are taken from ticket sales the remainder is donated to Destiny Rescue who help rescue and free children from human trafficking and exploitation worldwide.
