About the Class: Immerse yourself in a moving meditation style with a focus on pranic flows and chakra balancing. Our well-equipped studio provides everything you need, from mats and bolsters to blocks, cushions, sandbags, eyepillows, and blankets.
What to Expect:
- Explore a slower pace with a moving meditation sequence
- Experience restorative yoga poses using bolsters and props
- Elevate your awareness with singing bowls
- Engage in poses designed for individual chakra balancing
- Includes a sound-based meditation
- Enhance subtle energetic flow through joint-focused moving meditation
- Develop Chakra awareness during Salute to the Sun accompanied by singing bowls
- Witness vibrational energy flow in Restorative Yoga Poses with singing bowls, gongs, and other sound healing tools
Educational Component: This course goes beyond the physical practice. Each week, we summarise the benefits and attributes of one chakra, exploring its influence on the physical, mental, emotional, and psychological levels. By term's end, you'll have a profound understanding of the each of the 7Â chakras and understand how they all fit together during the final week.Â
