Tuesday Art Journaling Group

This expressive art journaling group is a weekly social group (come once or pop in every week) for those seeking a relaxed, nourishing, process-focussed art group (the outcome is not the focus). Each week we use different art materials and art processes for self expression, stress relief, joy and self reflection.

• No art experience or art skills necessary

• Bring your curiosity and a sense of fun

• Wear clothing that is OK to get paint / glue / inks on

• Work on 1) a piece of paper that I supply or 2) bring your own small journal (A5 ish size) or 3) buy an A5 Quill brand art journal from me for $15

• Simple morning tea supplied (vegan and GF available).
