Meditative Sound Bath: We'll immerse ourselves in a soothing sound bath meditation led by Melan (@melansoulflower) that will ground us into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace (select weeks).
Journaling & Reflection: Following the meditation, we'll gather for an interactive journaling session. Explore contemplative prompts designed to unearth what may be stirring within your soul and the collective amidst the cosmic dance of the Sun, Moon, Earth, and the planets.
Community Connection: This event is a space for connection and community support. Drop by to hang out, enjoy some tea, and connect with like-minded individuals who are also journeying through this cosmic web of life.
Spiritual Tools: Explore a selection of special spiritual and energetic tools available for purchase. From Aura sprays to herbal sachets and ceremonial tools, these offerings are crafted to help you attune to the energies of the universe and find resonance within yourself.

Feel free to bring: A journal for writing and a pillow, blanket, and/or things that make you feel comfortable as we will be sitting on the floor in a circle.
