Join us to welcome Richard Duncan, a community speaker from Beyond Blue to present his journey of hope, recovery and resilience living with the conditions of anxiety and depression.

Learn some tips from a lived experience perspective about helpful strategies to overcome distressing feelings. Join in the conversation as we highlight that mental well being is everyone's business!

Hear from the St George & Sutherland Consumer Advisory Group and how they are working to improve mental health services in the local area.
