This program is designed to help parents build stronger, more connected relationships with their teens and includes:

• 8 podcast audio sessions – Listen and learn at your convenience
  

• 4 individual phone calls with a CALM worker – Get tailored support.
  

• 4 live group online sessions – Connect with other parents with shared experiences.
  

About TUNING IN TO TEENS:

• Learn skills in supporting teens with difficult emotions
• Explore ways to improve your relationship with your teen
• Explore what is happening for your teen now and what to expect as they continue to develop

Your booking with Humanitix is an express of interest for this program. One of the facilitators will contact you by phone prior to the commencement of the program to conduct a phone registration.

Please note; due to funding for this program, preference will be given to participants residing in Morisset and surrounding suburbs in NSW.
