📅 Dates: Wednesday 7th October - Wednesday 11th November 2026

🕠 Time: 5:30pm – 7:30pm

📍 Location: 43 Shakespeare Street, East Mackay

📚 Program: 6 weekly sessions (every Wednesday)

Build stronger connections with your teen.

This practical, evidence-based parenting program is designed for parents and carers of teenagers aged 12–18 years.

Over six interactive sessions, you'll learn how to:

• Understand and respond to your teen's emotions

• Strengthen your parent-teen relationship

• Support your teen through conflict and big feelings

• Build your teen's emotional intelligence and resilience

• Communicate more effectively during the teenage years

Important Information

• Parents are required to attend all six sessions.

• Please note childcare is not available for this program.
