Event description
A free, evidence-based workshop for parents/guardians and carers of teenagers.
Learn how to better communicate, understand and connect with your teen while teaching them how to manage emotions and conflict.
The Program
- All Day Session - the whole program is delivered in a group format over 6 hours (lunch & refreshments are provided).
- Learn a different aspect of emotion coaching, and practise at home with your family.
Parent-teen Relationships
- Communicating with your teen(s)
- Understanding your teen's behaviour
- Mutual trust between parent and teen(s)
- Maintaining healthy boundaries in a respectful way.
