Event description

Build your dream for a better future with our 'Building Your Dream' workshops.

The first in the series is Tuning up Your Business Model: an interactive session for you (and your team) to build the engine room for a business or community project.

This workshop supports Logan community members who are thinking about submitting an application to the Elevate+ Program (run by Impact Boom).

Ideas are great but to get things moving you need a purring engine that can fire on all cylinders – this is what a Business Model can do for you.

You’ll come out of this three-hour workshop with a one-page blueprint for your engine that will get you started on moving your business idea forward. It can also help you prepare for your application to Elevate+.

In this free 3-hour session you'll investigate:

  • The key partnerships that will make your enterprise work
  • The key activities that will make your enterprise work
  • The key resources required to make your enterprise work
  • Your customer segments
  • Your value proposition that will make customers return
  • Your customer relationships
  • The channels you'll use to reach your customers
  • All the costs necessary to run your enterprise
  • The revenue streams your enterprise can generate

You'll examine all of these from a commercial AND positive impact lens.
