TupuToa Onboarding Event 2026: Auckland

TupuToa Onboarding is an opportunity for tauira confirmed in our 2026/27 Cohort 11 come together, connect, be inspired and equipped with the right tools to succeed and thrive in their placement.

You will be welcomed by the wider TupuToa team and our hosting partner, meet your Relationship Manager and network with other tauira, hear from TupuToa alumni, and receive all the information you need before entering your new workplace.

Corporate attire is necessary.

We will also be taking your professional headshots. These images will be made available to you and be used throughout your internship. We encourage you to use them for your LinkedIn and other professional social media as well.

In preparation for our onboarding day and your internship, we ask you to reflect on a few questions: 

• Take your thinking beyond introducing yourself and think about your WHY. What is your why?  

• What do you want to achieve from your internship? 

• How open are you to different perspectives and ways of doing things?
