ACF and the Federation of Italian Chefs invite you to enjoy an evening of traditional Tuscan cuisine, prepared by Chef Donato Cofano and members of FIC. Donato has owned and worked in restaurants in Florence, Italy, but has now found his home in Middle Park.
Dinner will include antipasto, traditional pasta from Val di Mugello, trippa alla Fiorentina,taglia di bistecca, contorni, including fagioli all’uccelletto, and biscotti di Prato with Vin Santo. Wines are included, a sparkling white on arrival and Il Palazzo DOCG CHIANTI .
