Tweed Heads Business for Good Lunch
Description
Following on from the Social Enterprise Summit & Festival, SECNA invite you to join Levi Joel of the Indigineous Futures Foundation for a Business for Good Lunch
The 2026 Social Enterprise Summit & Festival will have just happened (Nov 13-14), and whether you were able to make it to the event or not, there'll be a ton of takeaways to discuss. So join the Tweed community for a BBQ and enjoy the opportunity to build your network.
The team from Indiginous Futures Foundation will share a little about their organisation and then, as with all our Business for Good events, we’ll give everyone an opportunity to introduce themselves, share a highlight from the Summit & Festival, or mention a specific area where they could use some local knowledge or a helping hand. Once the intros are done, the rest of the time is yours to follow-up something you heard someone share and to make new connections.
Business for Good Lunches are a great opportunity to:
Create genuine connections with others who understand Social Enterprise
Tap into collective problem-solving to help move your projects forward.
Build a stronger, more resilient network of local folks doing good work.
Share resources and ideas to help the local community thrive.
Who is this event for?
Open to anyone, it will be of particular interest to:
- Social entrepreneurs (and people wanting to create a social enterprise)
- People working in social enterprise (or wanting to)
- Local, state and federal government staff
- Local councillors and Members of Parliament
- University and TAFE staff
- People wanting to learn more about or support social enterprise
- Procurement officers
- Sustainability officers
Tickets will close November 20 so the team can finalise details for the BBQ. There'll be an opportunity during checkout to highlight and dietary requirements.
