Tween Yoga Series (Ages 10–13)
8-Week Term with Sarah
Tweens aged 10–13 are warmly invited to join Sarah for a nurturing 8-week yoga series designed just for them!
Each one-hour session will support nervous system regulation and encourage embodied awareness through:
🌿 Introduction to foundational asana (yoga poses)
🌿 Gentle mindful movement
🌿 Pranayama (yogic breathing)
🌿 Simple guided meditation
🌿 Time for reflection and journaling
🌿 A safe, supportive, and inclusive space to connect—with themselves and each other
This series is perfect for beginners—no prior yoga experience is needed.
Each session builds on the last, so attendance at all eight classes is encouraged.
Let your tween explore mindfulness, movement, and self-discovery in a fun and welcoming environment!
Sessions run on Wednesdays at 4pm on the following dates:
16, 23, 30 October
6, 13, 20 & 27 November
4 December
*A note on props: yoga mats, bolsters, pillows, eye pillows, and blocks provided.
Why Practice With Me?
I'm Sarah—a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (350-hour YTT) with additional training in Mental Health Aware Yoga (60 hours). My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded in nervous system support, embodied movement, and compassionate connection.
I’m passionate about creating safe, welcoming spaces where students of all ages and backgrounds can slow down, feel, and reconnect—with themselves and with each other.
I am fully insured and hold a current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
As a mum to a tween myself, I know how valuable these practices can be. I love sharing yoga with my almost 12-year-old daughter—and I'm so excited she'll be joining this series too!
