🍑 TWERK SATURDAY TERM 5: THE FINAL SHAKE OF 2026! 🔥

One last term. One more reason to shake it. Let’s finish 2026 with a BANG! 🍑💥

You already know the vibe… and if you’ve joined us before, you know that one class is never really enough! 👀

We're bringing the Shake It energy back to Pulse Studios, Balaclava, for our LAST Twerk Term of 2026. Four Saturdays to build strength, level up your technique, learn new moves, unleash your booty power and celebrate everything we've been working on together.

Whether you've been shaking with us all year or you're ready to finally give it a go, this is your invitation to finish the year STRONG, SWEATY and SHAKING! 🔥

Expect good music, big energy, booty-building exercises, spicy choreography and a community that celebrates every body, every level and every little win.

🍑 YOUR SATURDAY SHAKE-UP (From 21st Nov to 12th of Dec)

📍 Pulse Studios, Balaclava, Studio 2

11:00 AM — Twerk Conditioning (50 min)
Build your booty power, improve your control, develop your technique and get stronger for all that shaking! We'll work on the foundations that make twerk feel better, stronger and more confident.

Bring your props: booty band, yoga block, sliders and kneepads.

12:00 PM — Twerk Choreography (1 hour)
Put those skills into action! Learn a new routine, explore different movement styles, work on musicality and performance, and have fun bringing the moves to life. Expect sweat, sass and plenty of booty-shaking moments. Bring your kneepads!

✨ Join one class or make a whole Saturday of it with both sessions!

Four Saturdays. One final term. Countless opportunities to SHAKE IT! 🍑

💥 WHO IS THIS FOR?

EVERYONE! Whether you're a returning Shake It regular, have joined us for a single class and want MORE, or are a curious beginner ready to explore twerk, you're welcome here.

We celebrate different bodies, backgrounds and experience levels. You don't need to be a pro, know every move or have a particular body type to belong. Come as you are, learn at your own pace and let yourself have fun!

Brand new to twerk? Our conditioning class is a great place to start building foundations and confidence before diving into choreography.

🍑 DON'T MISS THE LAST ONE!

If you've been waiting for the right moment to come back, try that second class, or finally join the Shake It crew, THIS IS YOUR SIGN.

Let's close out 2026 the way we know best: moving together, getting stronger, celebrating our bodies and shaking the stress of the year right off.

Bring your besties, bring your booty, bring the energy.

🍑 Shake It Crew booty shorts from international brands will also be available to purchase in class (limited stock).
