We’re taking everything you loved: the power, confidence, community, and killer choreos... and turning it up another notch.

Whether you’re here to perfect your twerk technique, get a fun and sweaty workout, or perform like the queen you are, these progressive classes are designed to help you move with purpose, power, and unapologetic confidence.

Class Schedule – 4 Weeks

🕕 6:00 PM (50 min) – Conditioning & Steps
Mobility, strength, and solid twerk foundations. Expect drills, muscle activation, and technique work to prep your body for next-level choreo.
Bring your own booty band, yoga block, and slider discs.

🕖 7:00 PM (1 hour) – Twerk Choreography
Get ready to sweat, perform, and shine. Learn a fierce, high-energy routine that’ll push your musicality and coordination.

Flexibility Options

💥 Both Classes – Go all in for the full transformation.
✨ One Class – Choose your focus: Technique or Choreography.
🎟 Passes available: term pass, class packs, day pass, or single sessions.
