There will be a guided warm up, lots of different ways to shake your beautiful booty, and winding down/ grounding the energy.

Every week will be different & by the end of the eve you'll feel accomplished, lighter & more free in your body.

My desire is to create a playful environment for us to move in a natural way, feel liberated, and let go.
