the Aldinga Conservation Park (Aldinga Scrub) during the enchanting transition from daylight
through sunset to twilight. Explore the art of wandering. Slow down
to Earth Time. Wonder in awe. Open up to the landscape with respect
and reverence.
Supported by National Parks and Wildlife Service to celebrate Park of the Month. Join Sophie from EcoSoul Experiences to experience nature bathing, deep ecology and creative exercises. An immersive experience to leave you feeling relaxed, connected and inspired.
What to expect?
- Slowing down in the natural environment, using forest bathing (shinrin yoku) practices. Includes some sitting and slow walking over a short distance (up to 1.5km in total, the ground may be uneven with some slight inclines)
- Tuning mindfully into the senses to experience the healing benefits of the natural world.
- Some interactive exercises including creating ephemeral nature art and opportunities to share your experience.

Meet at 4.45pm at the entrance at the corner of Dover Street and Fraser Street, Aldinga Beach.
The nearest toilets are located at Aldinga Beach, near the corner of the Esplanade and Morgan Street.
