What a gorgeous way to enter the weekend, with a one hour sound bath in nature under the trees!
Hi, I'm Vanessa! I am a transformational coach, handpan artist and ceremonialist. I help people to reclaim their personal power through sound immersion and transformative ceremonies.
Join me for an hour of sound immersion outdoors in nature followed by light refreshments and optional sharing.
I will be using a range of beautiful vibrational instruments from handpan to crystal singing bowls and chimes to help you enter a state of relaxation and mindfulness.
Spaces are strictly limited to ensure the intimacy of our gathering, so please register your spot!
WHEN: Friday April 11 from 4:30pm-5:30pm
WHERE: Weir Reserve (end of Bruce Neale Drive), Penrith (see map below for exact location)
EXCHANGE: Donation of your choice (no minumum)
WHAT TO BRING:
- An open heart and mind
- Own yoga mat
- Pillow, socks and blanket (optional, only if you want to be super comfy)
- Water bottle
