Twin Cinema are Castlemaine based duo Matt Saunders and Matt Rolfe. In this project they explore a range of sounds including afro-inspired psychedelia, left field beat making and electronica, as well as ambient soundscapes.
Twin Cinema will be launching their second album Archipelago at the Northern Arts Hotel on Saturday October 26th. This album features abstract/leftfield beat making, and psychedelia emerging out of ambient soundscapes and interludes. For fans of Tom Waits/Marc Ribot, Sonic Youth, Brian Eno and Madlib. Twin Cinema will be joined by multi-instrumentalist Justin Marshall on drums
